Download the latest version of the MyLATITUDE™ Patient App for free! This app is primarily intended for Boston Scientific patients who utilize the LATITUDE™ NXT Communicator.

Save time and avoid the need to call Customer Support. MyLATITUDE™ can assist you with setting up your LATITUDE™ NXT Communicator and provide guidance on understanding the status lights. The app also offers information about the status of your Communicator if you are a Boston Scientific patient.

Please note that MyLATITUDE™ is not meant to replace your Patient Manual. For any questions, please refer to your LATITUDE Patient Manual or contact LATITUDE Customer Support.

LATITUDE™ NXT Patient Management System Important Safety Information

The LATITUDE™ NXT Patient Management system is a remote monitoring system that provides your healthcare provider with access to your implanted device data. It is important to remember that the LATITUDE Patient Management system does not offer assistance in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing any health issues, please contact your doctor or local emergency number. The Communicator does not provide continuous monitoring.

The Communicator is specifically designed to work with standard telephone lines, such as those commonly found in homes. It may also be compatible with other telephone systems like Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) and Voice Over IP (VoIP) Internet systems, provided these systems offer an analog interface for connecting the Communicator.

The Communicator is intended for use only with the implanted device of the patient it was prescribed for. It is not compatible with implanted devices of other patients and should only be used as authorized by the prescribing physician. The Communicator cannot be used with any pulse generator other than a Boston Scientific device. If you have any questions about using the Communicator with your implanted device, please consult your physician to understand any associated risks.

It is crucial to keep the Communicator plugged into a power outlet at all times. Ensure that your Communicator remains connected to a telephone line, ethernet adapter, or cellular adapter. Interference may occur with the communication between your Communicator and implanted device if you are in close proximity to household appliances and other sources of electromagnetic energy. It is recommended to maintain a distance of at least 36 inches (3 ft.) from televisions, VCRs, DVD players, personal computers, and other electronic equipment while using the Communicator.

For added protection, it is advisable for customers to install a surge arrestor in the electrical outlet that the Communicator is connected to. Rx only (Rev.A) 92481216
